Call customer by pressing the keypad,
then start serving customer. Upon
finish serving, press on the keypad
again to end the transaction. Repeat
the process to call the next customer
(The calling number will automatically
increment by 1).

not respond or unaware of the process. Try
to practice this a few times before proceed
to next number. Unlimited times of recall

The are 2 ways to restart the ticket
numbering. To press the RED color
reset button at the controller box
or to set it from the Keypad menu.
If user calls customer during empty
queue, the system will remember the
action and automatically perform the
calling once a new customer presses
the ticket button.
Some parameters like Date & Time,
ticket copy and the first digit of
the ticket can be configured through
keypad to meet the requirement.
